Cache specific URL parameters

Not caching query strings is generally a good thing, but there are exceptions, where the HTML code doesn’t need to change and the parameters are handled entirely by JavaScript.

Since the plugin doesn’t know, we need a way to configure it to cache certain strings (in this case, “subject”). Unless there is another URL parameter, the plugin should ignore this one and cache the page.

How can this be done?
