Cache System not Enabling

Simply put, I am unable to activate the caching system. I try to enable it, but after saving the option, it goes back to unchecked. I did not have any comments in the DOM at the bottom neither which confirms that the plugin is not on. I do not have any other caching plugin on and I do have Redis activated.

Any way to know how to debug this? Thank you!
