    @coreyk answered this question here

    But I think the response is true for amp plugins that set the amp endpoint as part of the url ( /amp ) but not for plugins that set this endpoint as a url parameter, like the AMP plugin from Automattic, (?amp).

    How can this be achieved? Adding amp to the parameter exceptions option?

    Currently that can’t be achieved with the Cache Enabler plugin because a query string can’t be cached as a separate page (regardless of what the Cache Inclusions setting is defined as).
