Hello, when “WP Fastest Cache” is caching, is it caching to and from the CDN Servers, or caching locally from and to the local VPS ?
I am currently using Stackpath CDN Service.

You can try Stackpath.com look into link, where the CDN service uses WP Fastest Cache plugin as an example to use their services.

[not to deviate much off the subject, also you can try LiteSpeed plugin, they have their own CDN service, and a very comprehensive plugin; actually, which I am to test next, they teamed with WHM / cPanel, to have their service integrated].
I am trying both StackPath & LiteSpeed, and trying to understand more of the technical stuff; and have a 3rd service, a popular plugin that doesn’t offer a trial installation, that also uses their own setup and plugin, and include a CDN service as an extra, and this CDN service actually StackPath CDN, I believe tuned for their plugin]
You can try Pingdom.com web tests, to test the speeds of your site after the CDN.
