Caching Issue

This plugin worked great the first time, however after changing the php file some that we are getting with the curl, it seems the PHP page has been cached and isn’t getting updated.

I know this probably isn’t an issue with the plugin and may be a server setting, unless you have a specific setting within the plugin so it makes sure not to cache the php page, or always repull it.
