    Hi there

Earlier today we had a caching issue, where some pages on our site were loading fine but others were not (as if all the CSS wasnt being uploaded), now we know this happens when you clear the cache and this is to be expected, but my boss this morning checked some of the pages on our website multiple times, on desktop and mobile and could not get them to display properly, UNTIL we cleared the cache manually. Do know why this would happen by its self?, as you could suspect if customers have these issues when they are trying to buy products and we dont know about them this could affect us financially.

    Kind Regards

if the CSS returns a 404, then *something* (a plugin probably, Siteorigins Widgets bundle did so up until recently but that should be fixed, or maybe even the theme, Divi did/ does so) is clearing your Autoptimize cache without clearing the page cache (in Cloudflare). try finding out what is clearing the cache and make that stop and all should be fine 🙂

    hope this helps,
    frank

    Hi @optimizingmatters

You probably remember me from the other thread regarding woocommerce lol.

Okay so i have found out what the issue i am having is, it seems when i used your plugin i cannot get past my checkout (on mobile only, desktop is fine) because one of the settings within autopitimize must be causing a conflict somewhere, i know this because if i turn the plugin off the issue disappears. The only question i have now is do you know what specific setting may be causing this problem to happen on mobile only?. I have unchecked the optimize shop/basket but this doesnt help, i have also unchecked aggregate JS files but still no joy.

Hopefully you can shed some more light on this

    Kind Regards

well, start with disabling CSS optimization or JS optimization and take it from there, playing with options and exclusions?
