caching issues

Hi, I would like to exclude cache from different pages but instead of setting it up manually (as there are many pages), I’d like to exclude cache from all the pages where the slug starts with “/oto-” for example.

This is because after checkout, I have some upsells for different products and I notices people having issues. I contacted CartFlows (funnel software) and they told me it’s probably a cache issue.

The thing is that I don’t know how I can exclude cache from every “/oto-” link. I’ve added this https://postimg.cc/N2x6XxJm at the end of the exclusions section but it doesn’t seem to be working.
