I already disabled most of them. I need to keep staging and GP. I changed browsers. I forced reloaded style.css.
if I right-click on the black shape in the image and open in a new tab. It renders on the new page as white – like it should. I’m completely lost.

I can still see the cache plugin is on, if you have server level cache enabled, disable it as well.
