Caching menu

I have w3 total cache installed with MaxCDN. I edited links on the footer menu months ago but the old links still appear. I purged multiple times all cache, i contacted MaxCDN and purge the cache through there as well. When I deactivate Total Cache the new links appear. Any suggestions how can i get the menu to work with the new links ?
