Caching only on ios (iPhone) ?

    Hi everyone

    I’m having issues with what appears to be caching, and then again, it might be something else entirely.
    Whenever I make changes to the CSS of my site it takes around 30 minutes to update when viewed from a mobile device. The change is instantaneously when i test from laptops/desktops, which makes me doubt that it is a caching issue. I tried restarting the iPhone’s I tested the site from as well as clearing the cache in safari, but with no success.
    I have tested the issue in Twenty Sixteen besides the one I’m developing with which is Business World from Web-Dorado.

    I hope that someone in here has a solution or can point me in the right direction. Thank you.
