Caching Problem

We are using LiteSpeed for caching and when I test logging in and out from various pages, the page I get sent to after login is often not the page I was on before the login page, but rather the page I was on before my PREVIOUS login session.

I excluded our login URL from LiteSpeed because I was having a problem where I did not get redirected at all but sat on the login URL – with a totally blank screen showing – after I logged in. Excluding that URL fixed THAT problem.

I am thinking that something is getting cached that Sky Login Redirect uses to determine the previous page, so instead of the actual previous page, SLR sees the cached value from a prior login. (In which case users are less likely to see this than I, because they are not likely to login and out and in again repetitively before the cache expires.)

What can I tell my caching program NOT to cache so that SLR goes to the correct previous page after login?
