Calculate Shipping by post code

Current issue is delivery zones:
1 – Zone name: Free shipping / Zone Regions: UK with added specific post codes for the free delivery / Delivery methods: free delivery
2 – Zone name: Flat rate / Zone Regions: UK with added specific post codes for the flat rate delivery / Delivery methods: £15.00 flat rate
We’ve added all of the above on Woocommerce settings delivery zones
=============================================On the Front-end or cart page, customer must put their post code to calculate shipping on their zone region.
The error or main issue is when a customer put their post code and their post code is registered at the flat rate zone delivery fee £15.00 – is coming up as Free delivery?
The customer post code added on the flat rate region (£15.00) and not the free delivery region!!
Any solution ??

Could you please take some screenshots of your shippings zone setup? First a screenshot of the overview of all zones, then one for each of the zones settings (zip codes / locations).
