Hi,
This plugin does not get involved in the actual tax calculations – those are part of WooCommerce core.
You will want to check your WooCommerce tax tables, tax classes and which tax classes the products in the cart were in.

Hello David,
I understand that it’s part of woo commerce.
But I’m checking the report of your plugin VAT reports.
I received my first order from Germany.
1. Why does it shows 2 statements about this order?
Order Status – Country – VAT rate: Standard – VAT reduced – Sales without VAT – VAT – ..
Pending Payment Germany 19.0 % 7.0 % $ 7.00 $ 1.33 $ 8.33
Completed Germany 19.0 % 7.0 % $ 7.00 $ 1.33 $ 8.33
The product that I sold it standard rate.
So why are there 2 lines in VAT report for 1 order?
If you can provide me with an e-mail, I can sent you a screenshot.
Kind regards
Ah, I understand now.
http://snag.gy is a good service for posting screenshots.
Also, a screenshot of your WooCommerce -> Orders page would be helpful. Are you sure there aren’t two separate orders showing there?

I see what might be that pending order. But it’s never processed? I never received the money. No mail from Paypal at all of that pending order. So why did he added it in the VAT report. It should only collect completed transfers that are paid.
OK – it looks like the VAT report is accurately representing your WooCommerce orders. If you don’t want to show “pending” orders in your VAT report, then untick the “Pending” box above the VAT report. There are checkboxes there for each order status – you can tick or untick the ones you do or don’t want to show.
Best wishes,
David
OK – Wonderful ! 🙂
Thank you so much David
