Calculations on Postal/Zip code

    Hello everyone, I am creating a calculation form where there are multiple fields and one field is Postal code. If someone enters postal code as “1245ec” then it will check the first 2 numbers in the postal code and then show price based on that. It should check only the first 2 numbers. Is this something possible with the wpform. I have tried all the ways possible but still nothing. or is this possible to calculate distance from the predefined location and then show pricing based on the distance.
