Hello, when i send form to a email it only sent to the values not the labels which i wrote in html field, i tried to add tag manually not {summary} it didnt work either. Can you help me about this problem?

Thanks for using Caldera Forms.

If you use %field_slug% magic tag, it will show a field option’s value in the email. If you use %field_slug:label% it will show the field option’s label in the email.
