Caldera Pro Support = nonexistent

Hello again,
Well, first things first – ww.wp.xz.cn password reset does not work at all. Multiple attempts to reset my password to access this support forum fail. In addition, multiple attempts to access Caldera forms pro support after they verified my subscription have also failed. Below is the one and only email I received from Caldera support – never again will I subscribe to them and I will be posting a review of their poor support and my lack of access to their product – one that I paid for!

I have NO ACCESS to their product and no response to multiple attempts at support!

Do not spend your money on Caldera if you want or need support!

I’m very sorry that you haven’t had access to your purchased products.

There seems to have been an issue with the website and the transaction was not stored on the site, so I had to manually connect the purchase to the transaction.

My apologies. You can no reset your password and access your account.
