This forum doesn’t allow support for the full plugin, only Lite. The issue you’re having would’ve happened on the lite version as well, because the issue you had was caused by your theme, not Amelia.
The theme you have installed is overwriting Amelia’s code, and that’s why we suggested changing the background color of the “Continue” button, so you could see it. When there’s an issue we cannot influence (as in – it’s not caused by our code) the only solution is to override the code that’s causing the issue with custom CSS.
Since the theme was overwriting our code, not vice-versa, you could’ve also reached out to the theme developers, and see what could be done, so they don’t overwrite buttons from other plugins.
Like one of our support managers said in the ticket you’ve opened – the button works normally in 90% of installations, and in cases like yours, custom CSS is needed to resolve the issue.
