    Hello,

I am currently in the process of organizing an event that will involve the participation of 200 companies and an equal number of buyers.

My objective is to establish an appointment system for each company, providing buyers with the capability to select companies, choose meeting times, and schedule appointments. Below, I have outlined the specific functionalities needed for both the buyers’ and companies’ sides:

    Buyers:
View the availability of all companies along with their schedules.
Book meetings for each company directly through a link on our website.
Have the ability to schedule multiple appointments with various companies on the same day (in different time slots).
Receive a summary of scheduled appointments, preferably exportable in a table format.

    Companies:
Each company should have its own calendar independent of others, allowing buyers to book appointments autonomously.
Receive notifications of bookings made by buyers.
I am particularly interested in the feature that allows buyers to receive a summary of their scheduled appointments. Ideally, this information would be exportable in a table format for easy reference.

I am using Event Manager For WordPress.

Right now I was able to create the event and insert a calendar (full calendar, plug in I downloaded for wordpress) but inside the calendar I can’t do the following things :

    1) I can’t set the time slots (booking can only be done by days, the ones I have indicated of duration of the event, when I would need the time slots within the 3 days of the event)

2 ) Ticket generation should occur following the choice of time slot on the respective day and not regardless of participation in the entire event (the whole event lasts 3 days, I’m interested , for example, in buyers being able to book even for half an hour with a single company on a single day)

    3) The calendar always starts from March (today’s date) when I would need it from May

Thank you all for the answers!

If you mean the WP Full Calendar – no further update and development will happen on this because EM will continue to work and improve the default full calendar which you can see on the demo page at https://demo.wp-events-plugin.com/calendar/normal-calendar/

    1) I can’t set the time slots (booking can only be done by days, the ones I have indicated of duration of the event, when I would need the time slots within the 3 days of the event)

-> Did you mean book by choosing the timeslot? if yes, this is not yet possible or available out of the box.

2 ) Ticket generation should occur following the choice of time slot on the respective day and not regardless of participation in the entire event (the whole event lasts 3 days, I’m interested, for example, in buyers being able to book even for half an hour with a single company on a single day)

-> When creating or updating an event, you can set the ticket availability date/time

    3) The calendar always starts from March (today’s date) when I would need it from May

-> You can change this under WP Settings > General > Week Starts On
