    Hello,

Could you send us your shortcode?

Please also try the instructions mentioned in this documentation.

I tried disabling all plugins one by one but the problem persists – same with the theme.

I use “[add_eventon ux_val=”1″]” shortcode right now. I had this classic one before “[add_eventon]”

Please follow the instructions in this documentation to activate debug in your site to see any PHP errors recorded that can provide insight on to whats going on.

It doesn’t save a log for me, because there’s no error visible. On the test subpage the calendar works correctly, but on the main page the data won’t load. The module works normally

It seems like some other plugin or your theme is erasing out the attribute data values that are usually passed into calendar footer which get sent to AJAX for processing the events. and that is missing, that is why rest of the code does not run on your calendar.

is there a way for me to add it manually? or is it enough to reinstall the eventon plugin?

It seems that you need to disable the plugin that causes this. Could you try disabling them one by one to see which one is the reason?

Re-installing eventON is not going to fix this because another plugin/theme is removing that attribute values before it is displayed on your website. So we need to find that plugin and see why its doing that and see if there is a way to bypass that or if you dont really need that plugin, see ways to go without it.

I tried to disable each plugin one by one again, but at the end, as you can see in the picture – despite the lack of plugins, there is still a problem with calendar. 🙁

It seems that the theme is still the same. Could you try changing it to the default WordPress theme?

Right now i installed Twenty Fourteen theme (I’ll leave this theme for now, for you to look) but calendar still wont load

Could you also update EventON Lite to 2.4?

Please also try creating a new page with only one shortcode without any Elementor elements around.

Sadly it works like that – https://test.lisapmilano.com.pl/?page_id=1203

So i guess its problem with elementor?
