The calendar is now stuck on April for most users. They can not change from month, to day, to list view, and they can not advance, or go back to any other months. Some users are able to see it normally, mobile seems to work normal, and it works for me when I am logged in as admin. If I log out as admin, it will also not work for me in any browser.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @dirtracer

Thanks for reaching out. Let me help you with this one.

Upon checking your calendar, I can navigate to it without issues.

If you’re still encountering it, this could be related to caching. If you have a caching plugin or server-side caching, please try to disable them temporarily and see if that helps. If it is, please consider configuring your cache based on the recommended configuration in our knowledgebase article.

    See- https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/guide/caching-with-the-events-calendar/

I hope this helps. Let us know if you have further questions or concerns.

There are no caching plug-ins. I have tried to enable, and disable the month view cache, and there is no change. Everyone appears to be able to see May now, but it is stuck on May, and you can not change the view from list to day. We can view events, and click to the next and previous events, but we can not see any month view other than May.

I will dig around and see if I can figure out server side cache settings this evening.

    Hi @dirtracer ,

Thank you for your message and the information.

I hope you were able to sort this out with server side caching, as I just visited your events page (https://lgrsc.com/events/), and I am now able to navigate to different months and different calendar views, as can be seen in the video recording below.

No luck. I can scroll through everything just fine on my desktop, and cell phone. My laptop, and work computers, I can not unless I am logged in to my admin panel.

Just for the reason I do not see other website with the same issues, I assume it has to be server side cache issues. Our site is very basic, but, I do see a Object Cache Pro (MU) that is in the “must use” plug-ins, so I will start there.

    Hi @dirtracer ,

    Thank you for your message.

Since this is not happening across the board, it is almost guaranteed that the issue lies with caching. I recommend you try refreshing the cache (see Refresh your cache) from your devices that are affected as well.
