Ok, one question: the Booking.com Official Search Box how does it manage check-in and check-out dates? Doesn’t refer to a calendar? That is: a user enters a location and the dates of his vacation, does the plugin indicate if those dates, in that structure, are available or if that structure has no availability on those dates?

Once you hit the search button, you are being redirected to the searchresults page and there you see availability of several properties. It is not something we can implement into the searchbox, as that is too complex to do.
