Calendar Template Width

    I can’t find out how to change the width of the calendar template.

    The All in one Calendar takes the width of the entire page but I only using 1020px width (in the center of my screen).

    How can I adapt the template?

    The single event doesn’t give any problem but there is no space at the top of the template.
    Can anyone tell me the name of the single event template?
