call/display ‘slug’ immediately

    Hi,
    I use page tags and like to call the page based on the ‘slug’ directly!

    Right now the url is ‘../tag/info’
    I like to call ‘../info’ directly; without going through the extra page ‘Tag: Info’

    PS: I’m (obviously) brand new to TaxoPress

    Sorry, could you explain that question a little more? Do you want to change the permalinks for Tags?

    Hi, I’ll try …

    yes in fact I would like ‘mysite.org/info’ when hovering and clicking the tag ‘info’.
    Obviously TaxoPress/WordPress uses a ‘mysite.org/tag/info’ and wordpress shows an in-between page!

    I.e: All would be ok if TaxoPress/WordPress would NOT use the /tag portion in the url!

    Hope I made it confusing enough ….. , sorry!

    It’s not possible with TaxoPress yet, but might be possible with modifications to WordPress permalinks.

    For TaxoPress, I’ll add it to our ideas list.

    Thanks for the reply and willingness to take it up.
    I think it would make sense specifically if someone (like me) enabled the ‘tag’ business on the WordPress ‘page’.

    In the meantime, I will checkout WP permalinks
