    Hello,
    How do I change the layout to exclude the Call ID column?
    When viewing through the cell phone in the standing position, half of the screen is filled with the space of the ID column, being necessary to turn / lay the cell phone to view the text in an acceptable way.

    Do you want to change or hide the columns on the tickets page? if yes, then on the top of your screen you have a screen options feature, click on it, and from the given options, mark/unmark the provided fields.

    Hi, maybe I was confused in my question.
    When viewing on mobile in the standing position, half of the screen is filled with the space of the ID column and the other half of the screen is filled with the content of the STATUS column. What I wanted to know is how to suppress the ID column so that all the content that is in the STATUS column, that is, written text of the call, this content fills the entire screen.
