Can you please provide the complete log trace so that there is some context on where that error is being triggered?
Are you using multiple Braintree plugins?

Please see my other question regarding if you are using any other Braintree Plugins. It looks to me like you might have another Braintree library loading that is a different version.

Is it possible for you to confirm what version of the Braintree library they are using?
You could view their code or you could send an email to their support and I’m sure they can provide that information. That is the cause of this error. So we need to find out what version of the Braintree library they are using.
Another option is you can contact us using the help button in the plug-in settings and you can send a zip of that plug-in and we will review it for you.

Setting to resolved. The Membership plugin is using version 3.36 of the Braintree library which is very old and and has an inactive status.
