I am getting a fatal error when using this plugin it readsFatal error: Call to undefined function gg_get_custom_field() in /wp-content/themes/mindfulness/page-gridblog.php on line 75

Any help you could offer me would be appreciated.

This is an issue in your theme, not the plugin. The issue is in the file “page-gridblog.php” in the theme mindfulness.
