• Hi,

I am attempting to fix an issue on the back end. When I click on customise this is the message I am getting.

Fatal error: Call to undefined function thrive_get_theme_options() in /home/leeenitn/public_html/wp-content/themes/minus/functions.php on line 671

See site admin email inbox for instructions.

I contacted my host provider. They will not assist. They say I need to get a web developer to look at the issue.

I am using the latest version of Thrive Architect. I am able to use it, when I save my work and look at a preview it is not making the changes.

This is a website for my work as a freelancer so I need to sort this one out.

I have updated all my plug ins and sorted all that out, given it a general clean up. I am not sure what to do. I could contact thrive architect support if no one can help here.

    Thank you.

Your minus theme seems to be the error.

    Try preparing /wp-content/themes/minus/functions.php

Or, try replacing it with a fresh unedited file.

If you need immediate access to your dashboard, access your server via SFTP or FTP, or a file manager in your hosting account’s control panel (consult your hosting provider’s documentation for specifics on these), navigate to /wp-content/themes/ and rename the directory of your currently active theme. Alternately, you can remove other themes except the default theme (Twenty Twenty, etc.). That will force your site to use it.

    Hi,

I tried preparing the first link. Would not work.

What do you mean by this? Or, try replacing it with a fresh unedited file.

I will try other things you suggested and contact my host provider too.

    Thank you.

    thank you for the info
