I’ve just updated to the latest version, using wordpress 6.8.3 and php 8.4 and default theme Twenty Twenty-Five
after the update I get error
Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function wp_hash() in /nas/content/live/smartclipstag/wp-content/plugins/chatbot-chatgpt/vendor/freemius/includes/class-freemius.php:2347
rolling back to 2.2.5 makes the error disappear

    Hello @pomps

So sorry to hear that you’re having an issue.

The code should be looking for either wp_hash or md5.

I’ll have to look into this.

Thanks for alerting me to this.

    Best,

    Stephen

    Hi pompos (@pompos),

    That’s good to hear.

In the very latest 2.3.6 beta verison I have removed the “premium” functionality from the plugin.

This makes the “Analytics” tab available to everyone in the beta.

If you want to download a version of the plugin without any restrictions to get started with the analysis package, follow the link below. I just pushed this version to this morning so depending on when you downloaded the zip file, you may already have an analytics enabled version.

Once you’ve updated the chatbot plugin, could you visit the Settings > Messages, then scroll down to the Advanced Settings section, once there click the “Reset Cache/Locks” button which should clear up any residual session locks which may be contributing to the challenges you’ve faced.

Let me know if you run into any other problems.

    Best,

    Stephen
