Campaign emails not triggering

    Hi,

    I was able to integrate the mailchimp but my problem is the campaign emails not triggering when new subscriber added to the list.

    Please let me know the extra steps if any to achieve this.

    Hi @fpmnestora,

    When a new subscriber signs up via our plugin they are treated the same by MailChimp as any other subscriber so I am not sure why your campaign emails are not triggering.

    Can you share some details on how your campaign is set up? Are you referring to the welcome email the user typically receives or a specific campaign?

    Hi,

    That sounds strange. The campaign has an auto reply email setup that will trigger immediately after subscribers join or are imported to the list so meaning it should trigger even the subscriber has added via API by your plugin right?
