    One of the campaigns that recently was apparently sent out seems to be stuck in the queue:

    Alerts
    Canning Village News – Village Admin Email Change is queued and ready to send

    This campaign went out already prior to the latest one that’s in queue and waiting to send. If I click “Send” on the one that’s stuck, I receive the following error on the Reports page that pops up.

    Total Emails Sent0
    Total Emails In Queue0
    Please try after sometime.

    Is there some way to remove the “stuck” one?

    Hi @mgc,

    Thanks for reaching out and sharing the details.

    Are you still facing the stuck campaign issue, or has it been resolved?

    This usually happens when the email sending limit is exceeded or if the cron is not running properly on the site.

    If the issue is still there, we can check a few things like:

    • Whether WP-Cron is working correctly
    • Email sending limits/configuration with your email sending service(mailer like WP Mail, SendGrid, SMTP etc)
    • Any delays in queue processing (Express > Reports)
