campaigns keep loading not sucessfull.

    Hi,

    One of our site using the this plugin. Now when we run a campaign it keep loading and not ending.I found time our error in when clicked on ” allcampign “.

    Any idea why I am facing this issue ? Any configuration problem. Check all the available logs but doesn’t helped ?

    Please help

    Hi @readyspace,

    We have a support ticket system to use for free in https://etruel.com/

    By sure this is a configuration problem. Try to reduce the “max items to fetch” to 2 or 3 per time in the campaign editing screen and test the used feed are working with simplepie. Also read the tips and the helps in each screen.

    BTW: take in mind that this forum is not an urgent support.

    Same issue here with 2 sites running on 2 different servers.
    Everything worked fine at both sites until last week and suddenly getting timeout at both sites.
    Posted ticket at support forum.
