Can additional fields be included?

Hey, Very nifty plugin. But my client wants me to include a couple more fields than just name and email, e.g., “How did you find us?” and “What’s your interest?” So I’m wondering if there’s any chance of additional (and I guess these would be custom) fields and also a recaptcha getting added in a near future update?
