there are specific IPs showing up on the firewall scan that I want to block but are given this message: API: adding IP 114.119.145.125 failed: This IP address belongs to Autonomous system (AS) of payment systems, searching systems or other important services. It is forbidden to add such address to your personal lists.

How can I correct this. Many of these are in Singapore, Russia and China and I want to block them

This IP belongs to the Huawei search bot. This bot has not been detected in malicious activities. Could you tell us why you want to block it?

I believe it could be connected to some malware

The IP is safe, although it was reported as spam by mistake. You can see it here, it’s not in any lists:
