Can anyone explain this error?

    Hi guys, I have this error suddenly appear on every page in my dashbord on my sub domains, the main domain doesnt have it.

    Warning: parse_url(https:///cms/version) [function.parse-url]: Unable to parse URL in /hermes/waloraweb006/b1208/moo.perfectcandidatejobs/wp-includes/class-http.php on line 120

    Can anyone explain it please so I can fix it.
