• I have never tried using a WordPress multi-site. I’d like to ask if what I’m thinking is right-

I know there is what they call the Super Admin. He can see all users right? What about I create two Admins but they’re not Super Admins? Can the standard Admins create their own set of users that’s only visible to their own dashboard? I mean Admin A has his own users and Admin B has his own users but the Super Admin can can see all users in the database.

Hope to have some help. Thanks!

Super Admins are Network Admins and administer the entire network. They have access to install plugins and themes, add users to sites, allocate server space, and change user roles per-site. They can see all users, all sites, and all content.

Per-Site Admins are administrators of their individual sites and can to everything an admin can on a normal, single, install of WP, except for installing plugins/themes. They can see all users on their sites, but not users who are NOT added to their site.
