Can do some complicated manipulation

I’ve been able to manage some more complicated forms, but it is difficult to read through and figure out where I went wrong, especially if I have a lot of IF..ELSE decisions buried within each other. I used the form to calculate rental rates based on days specified by user. I like that I can choose to display a monthly calendar for the user to pick the day. It would be nice if the second date box min day value could be the date specified in another field (i.e. the first date value box.) Although I’m not able to get everything exactly as I’d like it, I can handle a lot more complexity than with other plug-ins I’ve tried for this same purpose. I gave 4 stars because there’s room for improvement. I still prefer this plug-in to any other I’ve experimented for this purpose.
