    Hi,

is it possible to somehow use more than one shortcode feature (= combine different settings for the shortcode to have one custom).

I use [jobs categories=”X”] on 4 different pages with different categories.

I have some jobs featured in category 1.

The featured jobs are in category 1 – but I would like to show their featured jobs in the category 2, 3 and 4 pages. Would this be possible somehow?

    Best regards,

    Flamuren

You can combine many shortcode arguments, though I’m not sure if there is an argument to combine them in the way you’re seeking–see this reference for the different arguments: https://wpjobmanager.com/document/shortcode-reference/

You also can preselect filters us URL query strings, which possibly could be useful, too. See here for details on that: https://wpjobmanager.com/document/preselect-filters-on-jobs-page-using-url-query-strings/

Thanks again @hastibe for all your help.

I checked the shortcodes before but I could not find one to force featured jobs on all listings that is not inside the shown category. So probably its a unique idea that is not supported. Have to just let it be I think.

Thanks for the tip of preselecting with filters. Could come in handy 🙂

    Hi @flamuren,

It appears that your concept might be distinct and not currently supported by the available alternatives. In light of this, it may be advisable, indeed, to maintain the current arrangement without further modifications.

Thank you @hastibe for your help!
