Can I create a custom form?

Hi There,

I’ve been reading your plugin and like the whole idea you are presenting. My client is looking for a HR management system for their current site.

Just want to clarify couple of things:
1. Able to create forms for employees to fill up on their profile?
2. Able to create a forms for job application process?
3. Able to convert successful candidates to employee ( like switch the status from candidate to employee) ?
4. Able to integrate with Gravity form for digital signature?
