Can I edit URL?

    I understand I can edit the title of a forum post, however is it possible to manually edit the actual URL. Where is this information stored, can I edit it manually inside phymyadmin or somewhere. It would be nice if when post titles are edited the URL is automatically edited.

    Yes, you can. You should use the “slug” column of the wp_wpforo_topics table. Then navigate to Dashboard > Forums > Dashboard and click the [Delete all caches] button.
