Can I re-date a post?

Is it possible to re-date posts to appear much older?
I have a site that is used as an ongoing gallery, as I complete a job it gets posted, however I setup the new website last week and loaded up 2 years worth of content in a day, I’d like to back date some of it, to give a more realistic idea of the works completion.
I have been through the plug-ins and searched the forum, maybe my search fields are off: redate post, post date fix, etc
