Can I Use this plugin with ‘ LiteSpeed Cache’ plugin?

Hello, is it a good idea to use these both plugins in my site?

and Your Clearfy Cache plugin.
My doubt is, will it create any bad impact on my site overall by using 2 cache plugins at once? Plus, I’m also using Cloudflare for this site.
