can not access wordpress

Hi,

I used this pluging yesterday and enabled that feature which redirect browser to 127.0.0.1 ip. I was trying to test it then realized I can’t access to my admin either due to another feature so I decided to remove everything and reinstall wordpress but after copying following the setup procedure I can’t install it because my browser direct me to 127.0.0.1 again. I clear coockie as well but noting change. what shold I do?
