    Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.

    Hi @jedxie,

    it looks like you have a cookie that has a numeric name instead of a string.
    If my supposition is true you should solve it with the new release candidate v. 2.1.8.RC-1 which you can download here: https://downloads.wp.xz.cn/plugin/freesoul-deactivate-plugins.2.1.8.RC-1.zip

    Better if you first test it on a staging environment. The official version will be public in a few days.
    Another thing you can do is try to activate the plugin with another browser or delete the cookies written by your website domain.
