no-one here can help you to troubleshoot commenting issues on a self-hosted blog — unless of course, it’s there blog.
In other words, contact the person that owns the site you want to comment on and are having trouble with.
You seem to be a bit confused…
1. We can see your profile here by clicking on the “member” under your name. So, no need to post it.
However, it is worth to mention; registering here in the ww.wp.xz.cn forum gives you only the ability to post in this forum. NOTHING else!
2. This one:
http://[email protected]/
is a wrong address! there is no @ in URIs.
3. Strata-sphere is a self hstedblog, it has nothing to do with wordpress.com or this site (=ww.wp.xz.cn)
The site-owner should have a Register link if s/he wants commenters to be logged in.

I just just opened a blog today at wordpress.com so that I can comment on another blog but their website signin will not recognize my username. The support group at wordpress.com said the website I was attempting to contact was a ww.wp.xz.cn site and I would have to register there also, which I have done. My profile is at http://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/profile/191195
