can not customize post structure

i use astra child theme with astra pro addon, i can not customize single post page , i tryed to move the title to appear top the featured image but i cannot. another issue in blog pro, posts appears unorganized ( image delay) when the title of post is longer than the post beside it, i need them to be in one line.
