I’m unable to edit product information for any of my products. It’s only showing empty screen. I tried to insert image here but its only loading so Im sorry you can not see the image.

It is unusual for it to happen. So that we can be able to investigate the issue even further, please share with us your system status report, which you can find via WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support.

Thank you for your reply.

To confirm, are you able to edit the Product Title and Product Description?
Sharing screenshots of these parts will be helpful.

This appears to be a conflict between plugins.
Could you go to WooCommerce > System Status > Logs and check for any fatal error logs?
Share your findings with me.

A quick test, could you disable all the plugins and leave only WooCommerce as an active plugin?
After that try to edit the products and see how it goes.
Make sure to clear the cache.

Iam able to edit Product title and description. I tried to disable all plugins exept for woocomerce and I still have the problem

Could you go to WooCommerce > System Status > Logs and check for any fatal error logs?
Share the logs with me if you find any.

For further troubleshooting, I suggest keeping all plugins disabled except WooCommerce.
And then switching to the StoreFront theme.

If this is not feasible for the live site, you can create a Staging site.
You may use the WP Staging plugin to create one.

Once the other plugins are disabled, edit a product and scroll down to Product Data.
Then right-click and click Inspect.
Then open the Console tab in the Developer Tools.

This will help me check for any JS errors.
Here is a screenshot for your reference:

To simplify things, I suggest using a tool like Loom to record and share a video with me.
This video will be of great help to me.

Hey, @ttjgbg! Thanks for the video.

I see your database is outdated. This can cause a lot of issues on the website.

Please update it by either following the warning message a the top of the page on WooCommerce area of the dashboard or going to WooCommerce > Status > Tools > Update Database.

Be sure you have a good backup in place of your full site and database. You can ask your host for backup functionality or you can consider using a service like Jetpack. If something goes wrong, you will be able to restore it.

Can you please check if the issue persists after updating the database?

If it does, can you please go to go to WooCommerce > Status > Logs and check for any fatal error logs? Please note that what you shared with us was the Status Report, not error logs 🙂

Also, when you inspect the product edit page, can you please click on Console to check if there are any errors there and share them with us too?

I missed as ususual to do the easy thoings first before asking this question. I updated everything, cleared cache also but still did not work in Chrome. I dont want to clear cache in the browser so I used Firefox instead. I’ve experienced many times before that even if you clear cache on your webhost side Chrome needs to clear its cache also. A reminder that alway try with a different browser. It works with Firefox so problem solved. Thank you for your support
