Can not edit with elementor

hello
I was editing my pages with elementor and it was working good.
but yesterday I tried many time to add a new pages, but when I edit with elementor looks like the page not found, it said because the (.htaccess) file doesn’t exist.
so I did go to the setting then permalink and then save changes, but also doesn’t work.
then I tried to make the .htaccess file manually, but I faced new issue that the macbook automatically saves the file start with dot as a hidden file, I tried to unhide file but doesn’t work.

I hope someone can help me please.
