Can Not Login When Changed from http to https

I am self hosting on my RPi 4B, finally got ww.wp.xz.cn installed, and then finally was able to get the WooCommerce plugin installed. In going through the WooCommerce information there was a statement that said It looks like your setup is not a secure (https) setup". So I went to the URL settings and changed http to https and now I can not login using http://localhost/wp-admin, https://localhost/wp-admin, http://192.168.1.2/wp-admin, or https://192.168.1.2/wp-admin. Yes, I have an SSL (CR) certificate. How do I login?
