Can not save customizer widget settings

    Hi,

    Thank you for your plugins.

    I would like to change settings in the widget customizer (Header, style…)
    But when I click on the Save button, my changes disappear.
    Do you have an idea for this issue ?

    Hi @tomyummix,

    Maybe you have a conflict with another plugin. Try to deactivate all other plugins except AST and WooCommerce and check again.

    Thank you for your answer.

    As a workaround, I copied the files myaccount/tracking-info.php and emails/fluid-tracking-info.php into my theme.
    This allowed me to fully customize the rendering.

    Hi, @tomyummix @zorem
    It happens the same to me.
    Not even deactivating the plugins solves it for me.

    Does it have to do with the version of PHP? The one I have is PHP 7.4

    Hi @djboro88 @zorem ,

    My PHP version is 7.4 also.

    On my localhost, which has the same theme, custom code, and almost the same plugins, it works well. (PHP version 7.4 or 7.3)

    I tried to deactivate the additional plugins on my production website (wp Rocket…) but it doesn’t work.

    I do not understand…

    Can you please check in your browser console that you get any error while saving the changes of the customizer?

    Hi @tomyummix,

    Can you please share the error log? Navigate to WooCommerce > Status > Logs and check for fatal error find the error with our plugin and share it with me.

    Hi @tomyummix,

    Maybe you have a conflict with another plugin or theme. Deactivate all other plugins except WooCommerce and AST and change the theme to Storefront and check again.
