Can not submit form

    I can not submit the form when i click on the submit button i get this message in the console: Uncaught TypeError: can’t convert undefined to ob. Do you have any idea why this is happening?

    Dear @kbmarkus ,
    Thanks for your inquiry.

    Most probably the issue is connected with the caching plugin or hosting caching you are using.

    Step 1. Please, navigate to Form Maker ->Options and enable Ajax Submit option. It should fix the issue.

    Step 2. If Step 1 doesn’t help, please, exclude the page where Form maker is published from caching.

    If both of these solutions don’t help, please, contact us back for further investigation.
